Billie Wheeler received her BA in photgraphy and digital imaging at Virginia Intermont College. Since graduating in 2014, Billie has quickly become one of the region's most sought after photographers of live theatre, music and art events. Billie lives and works in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. I'm fortunate to have worked with her on three different occasions now and below are examples of some of our work together. - B.
